Easy Crockpot Mongolian Beef Review

This was another winner :-)

I think you were probably supposed to cut up the beef, and I did intend to - I just ran out of time so I chucked the beef in as steaks instead.
They turned out fine that way too! 

Because they soak in the marinade whilst freezing (and then whilst defrosting too I suppose!) the flavour is really nice and soaked in.
The liquid was perfect over the rice too, the rice soaked it up and made it taste really yummy.
