I made this Jamie Oliver recipe ages ago and although this particular before picture looks good - I didn't bother with an after picture as I cooked it too long and hot and burnt it oops!
However, since then I have tried it in the slowcooker instead (with a cup less liquid) and it turned out yum :-)
Plus it's a great excuse to have some cider since you don't use a whole bottle in the dish ;-)
